The ministry of CEF Ireland is supported by a team of 67 full-time workers. There are also 19 CEF missionaries from Ireland working in other countries. The work is co-ordinated from the National Office in Belfast.

There are camp centres in Kilkeel and Rossnowlagh and local works in Belfast, Dublin, Antrim, Armagh, Cork, Donegal, Down, Fermanagh, Galway, Limerick, Londonderry, Meath, Sligo, Tyrone, Westmeath and Wexford.
